Kizomba
The word "kizomba" translates as "slow follow," and the dance reflects this—it is slow and romantic, representing a sequence of following and leading between partners. In kizomba, you must completely relax, allowing full freedom of self-expression. It is no surprise that this dance has gained immense popularity and a huge following worldwide in such a short time
Urban Kiz
Urban Kizomba (Urban Kiz) is a stylistic direction of kizomba for those who confidently dance kizomba. Unlike traditional kizomba, Urban Kizomba is characterized by smaller, more subtle movements, often sudden accelerations, syncopation, pauses, and linear movements. The partners dance at a greater distance from each other, often in a straight position.
Tarraxo
Tarraxo dance is a sensual dance with close moves, especially using the hips and arms. The music is slow and hypnotic, mixing traditional and modern sounds. Tarraxo dance is all about expressing feelings and having fun. People worldwide enjoy it because it blends old and new dance styles
Kizomba fusion
Kizomba fusion includes Tango, Hip-Hop, Street dance, Salsa, Bachata and Contemporary elemens, and even some acrobatic elements and sensual body isolations
Body Ballet
Body ballet – this is not quite classical ballet; yes, it includes the basics of ballet and all the foundations, but in addition, it also includes elements of fitness and stretching. It is perfect both for those who just want to dance and for those who keep track of their figure or want to lose weight or tone their muscles
Turns and Spins
In these 4 classes, Nadezhda will guide you step by step through the main elements of rotations:
Balance and Coordination
In dance, two types of balance are distinguished – neutral and central. In the first case, the body's weight is evenly distributed on both legs, while in the second, it is shifted to one leg. During the dance, we constantly transition from neutral balance to central balance and back.
Balance exercises perfectly strengthen the vestibular apparatus, develop coordination and flexibility, improve posture, and help strengthen the musculoskeletal system.
Training to develop balance forces the "receptors" of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to "activate," which are responsible for the sense of equilibrium and react to changes in body position.
Dance Style Technique
The main parameters of dance are rhythm – relatively fast or relatively slow repetition and modification of basic movements; pattern – the combination of movements into a composition; dynamics – variation in the amplitude and intensity of movements; technique – the level of body control and skills in performing basic steps. In many dances, gestures are also important, especially hand movements. Dance has various means of expression, namely: harmonious movements and poses, flexibility and facial expressions, dynamic "variation of amplitude and intensity of movements," amplitude, tempo and rhythm of movements, spatial patterns, composition, costume, and props.
In our school, we teach both the technique of the female style in social dances and the male style technique.
TAP DANCE
Tap dance is fun! Tap dance is a workout for the body and mind!
Tap dance is performed to fast and rhythmic music, such as jazz or blues. Dancers use their bodies to emphasize the rhythm and create the effect of movement. Dance TAP – get PLEASURE!
Why tap dance? It's simple: tap allows you to relieve stress, release emotions—which is very relevant nowadays—and express yourself both with music and without it.
Massage
Healthy Course
Massage
Classical therapeutic general massage provides a healing effect both on its own and in combination with other therapeutic measures. General massage is highly popular, so it is widely used not only for therapeutic but also for health-improving purposes.
Healthy Foot Course
The main principle of foot training is regularity. Here, you won't strengthen the muscles with a large volume of repetitions: the muscles are small and tire quickly.

Kizomba practice
One of the key social aspects of kizomba is its ability to unite people from different backgrounds. In kizomba dance halls and festivals, people from all over the world meet, share their stories and cultural traditions. This creates a unique community that values diversity and openness.
Our school hosts regular weekly kizomba practices every Sunday from 21:00 until the last pair. Anyone can join us at any time.
KIZZ TEA
Once a month we hold an event called KizzTea. At this event we taste various teas from China, discuss trends in the world of Kizomba and share our opinions on the development of Kizomba in Estonia. The entire event is held to the beats of kizomba music and everyone can taste tea and dance!

Our Answers
HOW LONG HAS YOUR DANCE STUDIO EXISTED?
Our dance studio began its activities in September 2018. The experience we have gained over this time helps us approach the task of teaching dance optimally and successfully organize dance events.
WHAT ARE SOCIAL DANCES?
SOCIAL means that a regular partner is NOT required, and you can dance with any dancer at any party, anywhere in the world. Typically, dance pairs change every few minutes, forming new pairs with different dancers. You can stay with the same partner if you prefer not to switch :)
DO I NEED A PARTNER FOR LESSONS? DO I HAVE TO COME AS A PAIR?
If you have a partner – great. If not – no problem. The essence of social dances is the ability to dance with ANY partner. Students usually come to the school on their own, and partners change throughout the lesson. There are enough partners for everyone.
WHO DANCES KIZOMBA (PARTNER DANCE)? AGE, GENDER, MARITAL STATUS?
On average, the composition of dancers is as follows:
WHY SHOULD I LEARN TO DANCE? WHAT WILL I GAIN FROM IT?
PLEASURE from the process itself (even the dance lessons are a BIG PLEASURE; it's very addictive).
COMMUNICATION with partners and within the group, many new acquaintances. Dancing is noticeably more engaging and social than other hobbies, regular sports, fitness, etc.
HEALTH BENEFITS WITHOUT EFFORT, because it's in an ENJOYABLE FORM. Regular physical activity brings:
PHYSICAL HEALTH: You’ll develop your metabolism, joints, and muscles—relieving spasms, back, and neck pain.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH: Prevention of stress, depression, and anxiety. It's proven that partner dances raise oxytocin, endorphins, and lower cortisol.
DISTRACTION: Dancing provides an excellent break from worries, helping you relax and unwind.
SELF-DISCOVERY: You'll learn to interact with the opposite sex easily, pleasantly, and effectively.

I came to kizomba studio from scratch and was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to master the dance. But thanks to the professionalism of the teachers, after just a few lessons I felt confident in myself. I am very glad that I chose this school, they really help everyone to open up in kizomba dance.
Marina
One of the best places to learn kizomba! It’s nice that classes are held at a convenient time, which allows you to combine training with work. The lessons are easy and positive, the instructors are very attentive and help even the most shy students. I'm very pleased with the result!

I recently joined the school, and I already feel like part of a friendly dance community. The instructors are real masters who make you feel in good hands. I recommend it to anyone who wants to not only learn to dance kizomba but also find like-minded people!

I am delighted with the kizomba school! With every class, I feel like I’m growing in dance, and kizomba has become a real outlet for me. The teachers put their hearts into teaching, help overcome any difficulties, and support you every step of the way. Here, they not only teach you to dance but also create an incredibly warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Scientific studies prove the positive impact of dance on human health. It strengthens the psycho-emotional sphere, relaxes the nervous system, relieves stress, and provides a cardio workout. In addition, dancing positively affects inner confidence and keeps the body in good physical shape.
Regular dance classes with complex movements stimulate brain activity and memory. Additionally, dancing works all the muscles in the body, positively affects joint function, and improves respiratory system function
Dancing develops a sense of music, unleashes creativity, and helps with self-expression. Social dances are also a great way to make new friends and like-minded people. Social dances are open to the masses regardless of their status and position in society. In classes and dance evenings, all social differences disappear.
